Job description
Role: Academic Counsellor
Location: Chennai (Madurai, Tambaram, Velachery, Annanagar)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Language: Tamil (Mandatory)
Working days: 6 days (rotational week off)
Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Eligibility:

At least six months of experience as an academic counselor in sales or in Sales.
Strong communication and counselling skills
Experienced candidates in sales or education counselling are preferred
