Job Overview:

Vedantu is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors who can connect with students and parents, understand their educational requirements, and guide them towards the right learning programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and parents through outbound and inbound calls.

• Understand students' academic needs, goals, and learning requirements.

• Explain Vedantu's courses, programs, features, and benefits.

• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable educational programs.

• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.

• Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

• Ability to handle students' and parents' queries professionally.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates must be comfortable with sales-oriented targets.

• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

• Week Off: Monday
