🔥 Key Responsibilities

📞 Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective students through calls and emails to introduce our educational programs and career opportunities.

🎯 Student Counseling: Understand learners’ career goals, assess their needs, and recommend suitable courses.

💼 End-to-End Sales: Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and follow-ups to objection handling, fee collection, and student onboarding.

📈 Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily activity metrics, weekly goals, and monthly enrollment targets.

🤝 Relationship Building: Build trust with prospective learners and provide a positive counseling experience.

📊 CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups in the CRM.

✅ Who Can Apply?

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or EdTech. Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

Technical Background: B.Tech / M.Tech graduates.

Non-Technical Background: B.Com / BBA / MBA graduates specializing in Marketing & Sales.

Age Criteria: Up to 29 years.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Mindset: High energy, resilience, a persuasive approach, and a strong willingness to learn.

Sales Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and work toward ambitious targets.
