Position: Academic Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel parents and students about the school's curriculum, admission process, and facilities.
Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
Conduct school tours and explain the unique features of the school.
Follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students.
Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, and administrative staff during the admission process.
Organize and participate in admission drives, educational fairs, and promotional events.
Resolve parents' queries and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Assist in student retention by addressing concerns and ensuring parent satisfaction.
Support school events and activities related to admissions and public relations.
Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong counseling and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to meet admission targets.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or customer relations (school experience preferred).
Working Hours:
As per school timings.
Availability on weekends during admission season, if required.

Number of admissions achieved.
Enquiry-to-admission conversion rate.
Parent satisfaction and feedback.
Timely follow-up and reporting.
Achievement of monthly and annual admission targets.
