Academic Counsellor

We are seeking a smart, dedicated, and fluent English-speaking professional to join our team as an Enquiry & Admission Facilitator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting admission inquiries into enrollments, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families. This is a target-oriented role requiring excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming admission inquiries via phone, email, Social Media, WhatsApp and in-person visits.

Provide detailed information about our academy, programs, teaching methodologies, and enrollment procedures.

Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain and update records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the academic team to schedule assessments and interviews.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Participate in promotional events and open houses to attract new students.

Prepare regular reports on admission metrics and conversion rates.
