Academic Counsellor

Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

Job Summary

We are hiring an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting the right courses and support the admission process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about education, student interaction, and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, training programs, and career opportunities

• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads

• Explain course details, fees, batch schedules, and placement support

• Follow up with prospective students and assist in enrollment

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions

• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth student onboarding

• Meet monthly admission targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn counseling and admission processes

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred)

• Positive attitude and student-focused approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0–6 months of experience in education counseling, sales, or customer handling

• Comfortable speaking with students and parents

• Local candidates from Pune preferred
