Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average bill value.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Operate POS/billing system accurately.
Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and generate bills.
Maintain cash register and ensure zero discrepancies.
Issue proper invoices and collect payments.
Arrange sweets and products neatly in display counters.
Ensure proper labelling (price, date, product name).
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for product sales.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
Use gloves, caps, and uniforms as per company policy.
Ensure counters, trays, and utensils are clean at all times.
Follow FSSAI and company food safety guidelines.
Assist in opening and closing of the outlet.
Support in packing, weighing, and gift box preparation.
Coordinate with kitchen/production team for fresh stock.
Participate in inventory counts and audits.
