Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Pizza Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety, and supervising a team of staff. The role involves assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales targets, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the store during assigned shifts.

• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.

• Monitor food preparation to maintain product quality and consistency.

• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.

Team Supervision:

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.

• Assist in training new staff and mentoring team members.

• Assign tasks and ensure staff productivity and efficiency.

• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.

Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to improve it.

Sales and Inventory:

• Assist in achieving store sales and profitability goals.

• Help manage inventory levels and perform stock ordering.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and reduce waste and shrinkage.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist with shift scheduling and payroll reporting.

• Complete shift reports, cash handling, and bank deposits as required.

• Maintain accurate records for inspections, incidents, and compliance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business certification is a plus.

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in food service or retail preferred.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
