Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹20,000/month
Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to promote and sell credit cards at Apollo Pharmacy locations and through field sales in Hyderabad. This role combines in-store engagement with outbound fieldwork to generate leads and drive credit card applications.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):
Engage walk-in customers at Apollo Pharmacy outlets to pitch suitable credit card offerings.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage details.
Collect and verify customer documents in compliance with KYC norms.
Ensure daily visibility of marketing materials and branding at the store.
Field Sales:
Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and nearby pharmacies to pitch credit cards.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.
Follow up with prospects and close sales within defined turnaround time (TAT).
Operational Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely application processing and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.
Key Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Confidence in direct customer engagement.

Basic knowledge of financial products and KYC norms.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
