Store Manager Roles & ResponsibiliƟes: Sales & Customer Service: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, Ensure excellent customer experience through well-trained staff and high service standards, Handle customer complaints, and feedback professionally. Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee receiving of goods, check invoices, and manage stock rotaƟon (FIFO) & Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of high-demand and premium SKUs. Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile variances. Reduce stock loss through theŌ prevenƟon, spoilage control, and expiry checks. Cash Handling & Financial ReporƟng: Ensure accuracy of daily sales, cash deposits, and POS system reports, Handle cash discrepancies, refunds, and discounts responsibly, Control store expenses and manage uƟliƟes, staffing, supplies.Security & Loss PrevenƟon: Monitor CCTV, anƟ-theŌ systems, and staff behavior, conduct bag checks and enforce store policies to prevent internal theŌ. Report to HO (shopliŌing, damage, altercaƟons) to authoriƟes if needed. Community RelaƟons & Brand RepresentaƟon: Organize or support in-store events like tasƟngs, brand launches & build rapport with regular customers, local suppliers, or partner restaurants. Represent the brand posiƟvely in the local community. Reports: Follow SOPs & Share Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reports.
