We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Thakur Job Consultant to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations, including sales, stock management, and customer service.
• Ensure store visual standards and displays are maintained as per brand guidelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate store staff to maintain high performance.
• Maintain proper records for sales, expenses, and stock movement.
• Coordinate with the head office for reports, product updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
