We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Tata Group to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 40,000 - ₹ 55,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales, revenue, and achieve monthly targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, visual merchandising, and store standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and brand standards.
Prepare and monitor sales reports, KPIs, and team performance.
Support recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of staff.
Requirements:
Graduate with relevant experience in retail/jewellery/luxury retail.
Typically 3–6 years of retail experience, with team-handling or store-management exposure.
Strong communication, leadership, sales, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with good business and people-management skills.
Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
