Job Title: Store Manager

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery processes, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all store operations including receiving, stocking, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
• Monitor stock movement and handle stock reconciliation regularly.
• Coordinate with the logistics and procurement team for timely material flow.
• Supervise store staff and ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for inward and outward materials.
• Handle return materials, damaged goods, and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Generate daily/weekly inventory and stock status reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store premises.
Requirements:
• Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in store or warehouse management (preferably in furniture/home décor industry).
• Proficient in MS Excel / ERP / Inventory software.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
