We are looking for a responsible Store Incharge/Supervisor for our store in Rahon road, Chungi, Ludhiana who can:Handle and manage the entire staff team, guide them, and monitor what each person is doing in the store.Understand customer needs, provide good service, suggest products, and handle complaints.Check stock levels, decide which products and how much to bring from the godown, and ensure timely availability in the store.Oversee daily store operations smoothly, maintain discipline..What we need:1-5 years experience in store/retail (supervisor or incharge level preferred)Good skills in team management, customer handling, and stock/inventory managementHonest, hardworking, and preferably local from Ludhiana or nearby (within 10-20 km)Offer:Salary: 20,000+ per month (based on experience) Working Days: 7 days a weekLocation: Ludhiana [S.K departmental store,Rahon Road,Chungi, Ludhiana,141007]Openings: 1
