Retail Sales Store Manager

Ritwit Private Limited is hiring an energetic, detail-oriented, and target-driven Store Manager to head daily operations at our KPHB, Hyderabad store. You will oversee end-to-end store functions, enforce strict FIFO inventory protocols, monitor daily stock levels, maintain store presentation, and lead the team to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & FIFO Management:

• Implement strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation to prevent damage, stock ageing, and expiry.

• Monitor daily stock movements, perform routine physical audits, and reconcile inventory with billing software.

• Supervise goods inward/outward verification, indenting, and organized shelf replenishment.

• Sales Target Achievement:

• Drive the sales floor to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.

• Analyze customer footfall, train staff on cross-selling/upselling, and improve conversion rates.

• Track daily revenue figures and share end-of-day reports with management.

• Complete Store Maintenance:

• Ensure immaculate store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and display aesthetics.

• Maintain POS billing systems, power backups, and floor assets in proper working condition.

• Handle cash desk closures, cash handling, and secure daily deposits.

• Team Leadership & Customer Service:

• Manage staff rosters, floor duties, and punctuality.

• Address customer queries, handle escalations, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate degree.

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in retail store management.

• Key Competencies: Thorough understanding of FIFO inventory, stock auditing, sales closure, POS billing, and team supervision.

• Location: Based in or near KPHB / Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
