Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Grocery Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth functioning, manage staff, control inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and solid experience in grocery retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning

• Supervise and guide store staff, assign duties, and monitor performance

• Maintain proper stock levels and monitor inventory movement (FIFO & LIFO)

• Control shrinkage, wastage, damage, and expiry

• Ensure proper merchandising and product display standards

• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets

• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grocery retail management

• Strong knowledge of inventory management (FIFO & LIFO)

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Billing software, Excel, POS systems)

• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Preferred Skills

• Experience in a supermarket or large-format grocery store

• Knowledge of shrinkage control and loss prevention

• Understanding of sales analysis and reporting

• हम ऐसे जिम्मेदार और अनुभवी स्टोर मैनेजर की तलाश में हैं जो स्टोर का पूरा संचालन संभाल सके, स्टाफ को मैनेज करे, स्टॉक का ध्यान रखे और ग्राहकों को अच्छी सेवा दे सके।

• मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• स्टोर के रोज़ाना कामकाज को सही तरीके से चलाना

• स्टाफ को काम बाँटना और उनकी निगरानी करना

• स्टॉक की सही मात्रा बनाए रखना (FIFO और LIFO के अनुसार)

• डैमेज, एक्सपायरी और वेस्टेज को कंट्रोल करना

• प्रोडक्ट की सही डिस्प्ले और मर्चेंडाइजिंग सुनिश्चित करना

• बिक्री (Sales) पर नजर रखना और लक्ष्य पूरा करना

• ग्राहकों की शिकायतों को संभालना

• स्टोर की साफ-सफाई और अनुशासन बनाए रखना

• दैनिक और मासिक रिपोर्ट तैयार करना

• सप्लायर से संपर्क और ऑर्डर मैनेज करना
  
  

योग्यता / आवश्यकताएँ:

• ग्रॉसरी रिटेल में 3–5 साल का अनुभव

• स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट (FIFO, LIFO) का ज्ञान

• टीम को संभालने की क्षमता

• बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान (बिलिंग, POS, Excel)

• लक्ष्य पूरा करने की क्षमता

• अच्छी बातचीत और समस्या सुलझाने की क्षमता
