Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise store employees.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, receiving, transfers, and stock audits.
Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.
Control operating expenses and minimize stock losses/shrinkage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Coordinate with head office, suppliers, and other departments.
Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
