Job Description

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations

  • Supervise and motivate store staff during shifts

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control

  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per company guidelines

  • Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets

  • Manage cash handling, billing, and POS operations accurately

  • Train new employees on store procedures and service standards

  • Ensure proper display of ice cream products and promotional materials

  • Step in as acting Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager
