Job Description

Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations
Supervise and motivate store staff during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per company guidelines
Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Manage cash handling, billing, and POS operations accurately
Train new employees on store procedures and service standards
Ensure proper display of ice cream products and promotional materials
Step in as acting Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager
