Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and support the Store Manager in running the outlet efficiently.
Ensure outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints promptly.
Monitor and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per Polar Bear guidelines.
Manage cash handling, billing, and POS operations accurately.
Track stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory effectively.
Train new team members on service standards and product knowledge.
Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining profitability.
Handle store opening and closing procedures responsibly.
