Job Description

Job Position: Store Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Increase sales

● Managing & motivating staff to increase sales & ensure efficiency

● Maintaining customer satisfaction

● Ensuring that high standard is maintained for service excellence, health & safety of employee & customers

● Responding to customer compliant & comments and get it resolved

● Regular staff meeting and discuss customer issues, new initiatives to improve sales.

● Managing Operational cost efficiencies

● Analyzing sales figures & forecasting future sales

Candidate Requirement & Qualification:

● Customer satisfaction and customer service skills

● Excellent communication skills

● Store management and sales experience

● Leadership and team management abilities

● Knowledge of retail operations and sales principles

● Any qualification but experience in FMCG retail sales only

Salary Budget: 25000 to 35000 per month

Incentive: On target Achievement (10% of salary)

Timing: 10.00 to 9.00 PM (Straight Shift)
