Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales targets and overall store performance.
Manage daily store operations, inventory and merchandising.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Manage stock, product ordering and inventory controls.
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Prepare sales, stock and MIS reports.
Lead, train and develop the store team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.
Skills Required: Strong communication, sales orientation, customer handling, team management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
