. Sales & Target Achievement

• Drive Revenue: Set and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual store sales targets.

• High-Value Sales: Personally assist with premium, high-value, or high-net-worth (HNI) transactions.

• Sales Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like footfall, conversion rates, and average ticket size to identify growth opportunities.

2. Team Leadership & Training

• Mentorship: Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer service.

• Scheduling: Manage staff shifts and ensure optimal floor coverage during peak retail seasons and festivals.

• Performance Management: Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular team meetings.

3. Inventory & Security Management

• Stock Audits: Oversee daily opening/closing stock checks, physical audits, and stock replenishment.

• Loss Prevention: Implement strict security protocols and loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.

• Merchandising: Ensure all jewellery displays are aesthetically arranged, well-lit, and aligned with brand guidelines.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Clientele Building: Foster a client-centric culture by building long-term relationships with repeat and loyal customers.

• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for handling high-level customer queries, feedback, and escalations.

5. Operations & Compliance

• Cash & Billing: Oversee daily billing, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Compliance: Ensure complete adherence to statutory and corporate compliance, safety regulations, and industry standards

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
