### Job Title: Retail Store Manager – Operations

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Area Operations Manager

### Job Summary:

As a Retail Store Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily store operations, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring the optimal presentation and availability of Maggi and ketchup products. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strong team performance.

### Key Responsibilities:

#### 1. Store Operations:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth functioning.

• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in-store.

• Ensure store complies with company operational policies and SOPs.

#### 2. Sales and Customer Experience:

• Drive sales for Maggi noodles, ketchup, and other food products through effective merchandising and promotions.

• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.

#### 3. Inventory and Stock Management:

• Ensure timely ordering, replenishment, and rotation of stocks (FIFO).

• Maintain optimum stock levels and reduce wastage, especially for perishable items.

• Coordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams for smooth delivery.

#### 4. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback.

• Motivate staff to meet or exceed sales and operational targets.

#### 5. Visual Merchandising & Product Placement:

• Ensure strategic product placement for maximum visibility and sales.

• Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal displays.

• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to the regional team.

#### 6. Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare and submit daily sales, stock, and operations reports.

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, local health and safety regulations, and corporate policies.

### Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in FMCG or food products.

• Strong knowledge of inventory and store management systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

### Key Competencies:

• Sales-driven mindset with attention to customer satisfaction.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.

• Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

### Preferred Experience:

Experience in handling food retail stores or working with brands like •Nestlé Maggi••, Heinz, Kissan, or other condiment/noodle brands.

• Familiarity with local retail market dynamics.
