Job Description

Job Description: Store Manager (LOUIS PHILIPPE / US POLO / ALLEN SOLLY / JOCKEY ETC.)

1. Implementation of all Store SOP's

2. Target V/s Sales achievement

3. Monitor all Inventory Replenishment processes

4. Staff sales briefing / training to be conducted on an ongoing basis especially for new recruits

5. Track individual staff performance

6. Shrinkage Management & maintain requisite SOP's for same

7. Staff Roster & Implementation

8. Follow up sales on a daily basis & report as per SOP

9. Maintain required Grooming Standards for self & team

10. Ensure Smooth operations at all times
