Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage store operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper storage of materials. The candidate should have good knowledge of stock handling, documentation, and coordination with different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.
Issue materials/items as per requirement and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store area.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory checks.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock movement.
Maintain inward and outward registers, invoices, and delivery records.
Follow company safety and store management procedures.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
Knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software is an added advantage.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Intermediate/Any Degree/Diploma.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
Preferred Qualities
Punctual and responsible.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle stock efficiently and accurately.
