Receive, inspect and maintain incoming materials/goods.
Maintain proper records of stock, receipts and issues.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Issue materials to different departments as per requirements.
Conduct regular stock verification and maintain accurate inventory.
Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of materials.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts and other departments.
Prepare stock reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Ensure the store area is clean, organized and safe.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Ability to handle physical stock and maintain accuracy.
