Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily stock records (raw materials, packaging, disposables, etc.)

• Track inventory using Excel and ensure timely ordering of supplies

• Operate and manage the POS system for stock inward and outward entries

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system data

• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials

• Monitor usage, wastage, and report discrepancies to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Keeper (preferably in food & beverage / hospitality)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting)

• Hands-on experience with POS systems

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
