Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Organize and maintain stock in designated storage areas.
Issue materials to departments as per requisitions and maintain records of stock movement.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of receipts, issues, and returns.
Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for timely replenishment.
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.
Handle logistics support for dispatch and delivery of goods.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review.
