Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete store and inventory operations, including receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, stock control, and documentation of raw materials, electronic components, packing materials, finished goods, and consumables used in solar lights and LED card manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive raw materials and components against Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

- Verify quantity, part number, specification, and condition of incoming materials.

- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and Excel.

- Issue materials to Production against authorized Material Requisitions/Material Issue Notes.

- Maintain stock of components such as LEDs, PCBs, resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, wires, batteries, solar panels, switches, screws, packaging materials, etc.

- Maintain proper bin locations and identification/labeling of materials.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.

- Maintain records for rejected, damaged, excess, and obsolete materials.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

- Control inward and outward movement of materials.

- Maintain documentation such as GRN, Goods Issue Note (GIN), Stock Register, Material Requisition, Return Note, and Stock Transfer records.

- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records.

- Ensure materials are stored safely to prevent damage, moisture, ESD, or deterioration.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

- Advanced/basic MS Excel skills.

- Knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally or inventory software preferred.

- Understanding of electronic components and manufacturing materials.

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Inventory accuracy

- Stock variance

- Material availability to production

- GRN/GIN documentation accuracy

- Timely stock reporting

Educational Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Diploma or certification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in solar lighting, LED, electronics, electrical, or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
