About the Role
Lens & Leisure by Palak Opticals,
We need candidates who can independently handle customers and support the overall day-to-day functioning of an optical store.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses and optical products.
- Handle retail sales and customer queries.
- Have working knowledge of lenses, frames and optical products.
- Assist with basic eye-testing related activities, wherever required.
- Coordinate orders, fittings, alterations and customer deliveries.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
- Handle customer follow-ups and after-sales requirements.
- Support billing, inventory and routine store operations.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in an optical store / eyewear retail is required.
- Should be an all-rounder capable of handling customers as well as store operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sound knowledge of frames, lenses and optical products.
- Basic knowledge of eye testing will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at different locations across Delhi.
Preference: Candidates currently working with established optical retail chains or multi-brand optical stores.
