Job Title: Store Incharge / Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage daily operations of our store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. This role demands a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records using ERP/software/manual logs

• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and tagging of materials

• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts departments

• Monitor inward/outward movement of goods and generate GRN (Goods Receipt Notes)

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store

• Prevent stock damage, pilferage, and misplacement

• Prepare and share inventory and stock reports with management

• Lead and supervise store staff (if applicable)

• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for inventory rotation
