Draft Job PostingPosition: Assistant Dark Store ManagerLocation: South Delhi / Gurgaon, IndiaExperience: 1–3 years in dark store / quick commerce / grocery / operations roleSalary: Up to ₹30,000/month (depending on experience)Responsibilities:Assist in managing daily operations of the dark store: order picking, packing, sorting, shipping.Monitor inventory, check stock levels, manage replenishment and prevent stockouts.Supervise team members: assign tasks, monitor performance, ensure timeliness.Maintain quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational SOPs.Ensure correct dispatch schedules are met.Coordinate with other departments (logistics, procurement, customer service) to ensure smooth flow.Train new staff, ensure adherence to policies.Requirements:1–3 years of relevant experience in dark store / grocery quick commerce / warehouse operations.Good team leadership skills.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Basic numeracy and ability to track metrics (e.g. orders per hour, accuracy, turnaround time).Flexible to work shifts / rotational timings.Willingness to work under pressure with tight deadlines.Benefits:Fixed monthly salary up to ₹30,000 (based on experience).PF, insurance or other statutory benefits as per company policy.Opportunity to grow into store manager or operations roles.Training, exposure to quick commerce / dark store best practices.
