We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Store Helper to join our entertainment/play-area team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of children while also supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise children and ensure their safety inside the play area.
Assist customers and provide a friendly and welcoming experience.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of the play area.
Monitor play equipment and immediately report any damage or safety concerns.
Assist in managing customer entry, play timings, and basic store activities.
Support the Store In-Charge and team in daily operational tasks.
Help with cleaning, arranging, and maintaining store inventory and supplies.
Ensure toys, equipment, and other store items are properly organized.
Follow all company safety, grooming, and operational guidelines.
Handle customers politely and address basic queries professionally.
Support the team during weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
