Store Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting garments and providing style recommendations

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets

• Maintain visual merchandising standards

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Manage billing and point-of-sale (POS) systems

• Track inventory and coordinate with stockroom for replenishment

• Build customer loyalty through excellent service

• Maintain cleanliness and arrangement of the store

• Promote new arrivals and offers to customers

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven mindset

• Basic knowledge of fabrics, fashion trends, and garment types

• Customer service orientation

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate
