Oversee the daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet store targets
Handle customer service and resolve queries or complaints efficiently
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
Ensure store cleanliness, merchandise display, and visual standards
Prepare daily sales reports and track performance metrics
Train new joiners and conduct periodic staff reviews
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Minimum 12th Pass
At least 1 year of experience in retail (clothing/apparel preferred)
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing, stock updates, etc.)
Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
