We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at Super Springs. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage the packaging and dispatch operations at our spring and wire component manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for maintaining dispatch schedules, organizing finished goods inventory, ensuring proper packaging, and coordinating timely deliveries to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily packaging of springs and wire components as per customer specifications
Prepare dispatch documents, coordinate with transport/logistics partners for timely deliveries
Maintain stock of packaging materials and reorder when required
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials using software or manual systems
Coordinate with the production and sales teams for timely dispatches
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and quality checks before dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and dispatch area
Conduct monthly physical stock verification of finished goods and packaging inventory
Follow and enforce safety and handling procedures
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in store/dispatch role in a manufacturing setup
Basic understanding of logistics, packaging materials, and storekeeping practices
Ability to operate basic store/dispatch software or Excel
