Store Executive

We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at Super Springs. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage the packaging and dispatch operations at our spring and wire component manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for maintaining dispatch schedules, organizing finished goods inventory, ensuring proper packaging, and coordinating timely deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily packaging of springs and wire components as per customer specifications

• Prepare dispatch documents, coordinate with transport/logistics partners for timely deliveries

• Maintain stock of packaging materials and reorder when required

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials using software or manual systems

• Coordinate with the production and sales teams for timely dispatches

• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and quality checks before dispatch

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and dispatch area

• Conduct monthly physical stock verification of finished goods and packaging inventory

• Follow and enforce safety and handling procedures

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store/dispatch role in a manufacturing setup

• Basic understanding of logistics, packaging materials, and storekeeping practices

• Ability to operate basic store/dispatch software or Excel

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
