We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SAP to handle data efficiently and maintain accurate reports.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Regularly update stock details in Excel and SAP systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
Monitor and manage material receipts, storage, and dispatch processes.
Conduct stock verification and reconciliation with the accounts team.
Ensure timely material availability to different departments.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, goods received notes, and issue slips.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for smooth workflow.
Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages in inventory.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management.
Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of material management and inventory control systems.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or warehouse setup.
Familiarity with store audit processes.
