🚨 JOB OPENING – STORE EXECUTIVE

🔹 ROLE SUMMARY

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store, inventory and material management activities, including material receipt, storage, issue, documentation, stock control and coordination with various departments.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Store & Inventory Management

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Store Department.

• Receive, verify and record incoming materials.

• Ensure proper identification, storage and systematic arrangement of materials.

• Issue materials to Production and other departments against approved requirements.

• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels and material availability.

2. Material Inward & Outward

• Maintain records of material inward and outward movements.

• Prepare and maintain GRN / Material Receipt documentation.

• Verify material quantity and details against Purchase Orders / documents.

• Maintain records of material issues, returns and transfers.

3. Inventory Control & Stock Verification

• Conduct regular physical stock verification.

• Reconcile physical stock with system / records.

• Identify and report stock discrepancies.

• Support periodic stock audits and inventory counting.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic storage of materials.

4. Documentation & System Entries

• Maintain Store-related documents and records accurately.

• Enter and update inventory transactions in ERP / Inventory Software.

• Maintain stock registers and material issue records.

• Prepare inventory and stock reports using MS Excel.

5. Tally / Inventory Software

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime related to Store and Inventory operations will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of inventory / stock entries in Tally.

• Basic knowledge of Purchase Entry, GRN, Stock Transfer and Material Issue will be preferred.

6. Inter-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, Maintenance and other departments regarding material requirements and availability.

• Coordinate with suppliers / transporters whenever required.

• Follow up for pending or required materials.

🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS

✅ 3–5 years of relevant Store / Inventory experience
✅ Manufacturing / Factory / Industrial Store experience preferred
✅ Knowledge of Store & Inventory Management
✅ Knowledge of Material Management / Warehouse Operations
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
✅ ERP / Inventory Management Software knowledge preferred
✅ Tally ERP / Tally Prime – Inventory / Stores knowledge will be an added advantage
✅ SAP MM / ERP knowledge will be an added advantage
✅ Good documentation, communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to maintain accurate stock records
✅ Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred

🎓 ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION – ADVANTAGE

Diploma / Certificate in any of the following will be an added advantage:

• Stores & Inventory Management
• Material Management
• Warehouse Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics Management

👤 PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Preference will be given to candidates having relevant Store / Inventory experience in a Manufacturing or Factory environment, particularly those with practical knowledge of:

Material Inward / Outward • GRN • Stock Control • Inventory Documentation • MS Excel • ERP / SAP • Tally Inventory Operations
