Job Summary:
The Departmental Store Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product availability, and supporting sales targets. The role focuses on store presentation, billing support, inventory handling, and customer satisfaction in line with Magson Retail standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
Handle billing and cash counter operations accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stock.
Check product quality, expiry dates, and ensure proper labeling.
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Support promotional activities and in-store offers.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints politely and promptly.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent.
Experience:
0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
