Customer service associate JD

Ø CSA has to greet & offer service to walk in customers.

Ø Properly groomed as we cater to premium customers.

Ø On-the-job training is provided for new hires by the supervisor and the managers.

must understand the different categories and the products names.

Ø New hires would be trained in how to remove dump in F&V categories & replace them with fresh ones.

Ø Offered classroom training by trainers need to implement to provide excellent customer service.

Ø Learn to give facing in the respective dept which is assigned by the managers.

Ø Quick to understand the near expiry and expired products and replace them with new ones.

Ø Keep the shelf neat and tidy (dust free)

Ø New hires would be trained to generate bills. Post training must work on the same.

Pick up the products as per the e-com order and hand it over to the Rider for delivery.
