Role Description
Full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore.
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing products that meet their needs.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Support daily store operations, including inventory management.
Contribute to visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store layout.
Ensure an outstanding and seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong retail sales and customer service skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Energetic, proactive, and adaptable.
Experience in footwear/fashion retail preferred
