Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1) Inventory Management

-Maintain accurate records of fabric, trims, threads, buttons, labels, packing materials, and finished goods.

-Perform regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.

-Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of all items.

2)Material Receipt & Issue

-Receive materials from suppliers with proper documentation (GRN, challan, invoice).

-Verify quality and quantity before acceptance.

-Issue materials to production based on requisition slips (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).

-Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.

3)Documentation & Systems

-Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock registers.

-Update ERP/software or manual ledgers accurately.

-Maintain inward/outward registers and petty cash vouchers (if required).

4)Coordination

-Work closely with purchase, production, and quality teams.

-Ensure timely supply of materials to avoid production delays.

-Assist in dispatches of finished garments to buyers/clients

Key Skills & Competencies

-Strong knowledge of garment raw materials & trims

-Basic computer knowledge

-ERP / MS Excel knowledge (inventory software preferred)

-Attention to detail & accuracy
