Responsibilities
1. Assist the sales team with daily client follow-ups and coordination
2. Maintain lead tracking and reporting on Excel/Google Sheets
3. Support email communication and basic documentation tasks
4. Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and internal departments
5. Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and updates
6. Help in preparing quotations and handling incoming inquiries
7. Coordinate with clients for garment orders, queries, and updates
