Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials as per Purchase Orders.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and consumables as per hygiene and FIFO/FEFO standards.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock reports, and inventory reconciliation.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Kitchen, and Restaurant teams for timely stock replenishment.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Track expiry dates and prevent stock damage or wastage.
Maintain records in Excel/ERP software.
Support internal and external inventory audits.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality store operations.
Knowledge of inventory management, GRN, FIFO/FEFO, and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software/ERP.
Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
