Job Description

Job Title: Store Executive – Retail Gourmet Store

Locations: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad & other store locations

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 day between Monday to Friday
Note: Mandatory working on Saturday & Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our gourmet retail store. The ideal candidate should ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and support sales growth across locations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting gourmet products and provide product knowledge
Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
Manage stock replenishment and conduct regular inventory checks
Receive and verify stock deliveries
Monitor product quality, storage, and expiry dates
Support in-store promotions and sales activities
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations

Requirements

Prior experience in retail / food / gourmet stores preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and billing system knowledge
Willingness to work long hours and weekends (mandatory)
Positive attitude and customer-first approach
