Store Executive

Location: Multiple locations

Shift: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 Day (Rotational Mon–Sat; Sundays are working days)

Primary Duties

• Customer Assistance: Proactively approach customers to help them find items, explain product locations, and carry baskets if needed.

• Racking & Replenishment: Regularly "face up" products (pulling them to the front of the shelf) and restock empty gaps from the warehouse.

• Packing & Bagging: Efficiently pack customer items at the billing counter, ensuring fragile items (like glass jars or fresh produce) are handled with care.

• Store Maintenance: Keep the aisles clear and ensure the shelves are clean and dust-free throughout the day.

• Stock Counting: Assist the manager in counting items on the racks to check for low stock.

Candidate Profile

• Energy Levels: Must be comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the 11-hour shift.

• Behavior: Polite, well-groomed, and helpful toward premium walk-in customers.

• Language: Basic English and fluent Gujarati to communicate with shoppers.

• Experience: Prior experience in a supermarket or kirana store is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

Work Details

• Fixed Timing: 10 AM to 9 PM.

• Attendance: Since Sundays are our busiest days, you will have a fixed weekly off between Monday and Saturday.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
