Job Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Team Members to join our store operations. The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, billing, serving doughnuts and beverages, and preparing coffee as per customer requirements while ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them with orders in a polite and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process billing through the POS system.
Serve doughnuts, beverages, and other products to customers.
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per company standards.
Ensure timely service and maintain product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter, dining area, and workstations.
Handle customer queries and provide a positive customer experience.
Support team members during rush hours and daily store operations.
Follow food safety and operational guidelines at all times.
