JOB TITLE: Executive – Store Associate

DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing

EXPERIENCE:

We are looking for a proactive and customer oriented

Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, disciplined, and capable of handling daily store operations efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• Assist in sample arrangements and product display.

• Ensure shelf management, stock rotation, and product placement as per standards.

• Support order processing, billing, and timely fulfillment.

• Interact with customers to provide product details and ensure a positive experience.

• Maintain store hygiene and assist in promotional displays.

BASIC QUALIFICATION:

Minimum 10th Pass.

Age – 18 – 25 years.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Basic Computer Literacy

• Team Collaboration

• Customer Service Skills

• Proficient in Language (Telugu &Hindi).

• Male Preferred.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer queries & orders with patience and professionalism.

• Monitor display samples and promptly report shortages, excess, or damaged goods to the store supervisor.

• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and assist in setting up promotional or festive displays.

• Follow company policies, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and safety protocols at all times.

• Support senior staff and team members during rush hours or special events to ensure smooth operations.

• Participate in sales promotions, product launches, and other in-store activities as directed.

• Show responsibility for store assets, avoiding product wastage or mishandling.

• Exhibit discipline, punctuality, and adherence to work schedules and reporting times.

• Continuously update knowledge about new products, features, and promotions.

• Provide feedback or suggestions to the supervisor for improving sales or store operations.

• Interact with customers to provide product details, promote offers, and ensure a positive buying experience.
