Retail Sales Store Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the digital product display across the store, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.

• Handle daily updates of product listings, pricing, offers, images, and promotional content on digital display systems.

• Operate CRM software to manage customer information, product inquiries, and sales-related data.

• Maintain and update product inventory records using internal software and CRM applications.

• Assist customers and the sales team by retrieving product information and checking stock availability through the system.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records using Microsoft Word.

• Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and management teams to ensure product information is accurate and synchronized.

• Monitor digital displays and resolve basic operational issues to ensure uninterrupted functionality.

• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of digital records and store documentation.

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the store.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.

Requirements

• 0.6–1 year of experience in store operations, retail support, back-office operations, or a similar role.

• Good knowledge of computer operations and system handling.

• Experience or exposure to working with CRM software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Basic understanding of inventory management and digital product management.

• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
