About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Management Executive to manage our inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth stock movement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily stock records and inventory data.
Track incoming and outgoing stock.
Check physical stock and match it with system records.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock items.
Prepare stock reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
Identify stock mismatches, damages, shortages, or excess inventory.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of products.
Conduct regular physical stock counting and stock audits.
Maintain proper documentation for stock transfers, purchases, and dispatches.
Ensure inventory is organized and updated in the system.
Requirements
Good knowledge of inventory/stock management.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Honest, responsible, and disciplined.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Previous experience in stock/inventory management will be an advantage.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience preferred.
